Quickly repair an otherwise unusable cordbased retractable lead, or simply swap patterns to match your dog’s collar or harness!
Repair or replace the original webbing of your cord-based retractable leash with Retrax, available in all 3/4" and 1" Lupine patterns! 25" long, including the hardware.
Retrax only works with cord-based retractable leads. All-belt, webbing or tape retractable leads are not compatible with Retrax.
To attach Retrax, pull out about 12" of cord on your retractable leash and lock the brake. If your retractable lead does not have cord, STOP! Retrax only works with cord-based retractable leads. All-belt, -webbing or -tape retractable leads are not compatible with Retrax.
1. Use the original webbing to enlarge the cord loop, as shown here. Open the Retrax and snap it to the cord loop, alongside the original webbing.
2. Make sure that Retrax will attach to your retractable lead before you continue.
3. Being careful not to cut the cord itself, cut off the original webbing. Tighten the cord loop, and walk in style! You can easily switch to another Retrax. Simply loosen the cord loop, as in Step 1, unsnap the Retrax you want to replace, and attach the new one!
