Shipping Rates and Policies

All Orders are shipped within 24 hours, unless ordered on a Friday. Items ordered on Friday may sometimes not be shipped out until Monday due to the fact that UPS doesn't ship on weekends. We usually ship UPS ground. Most of the heavier items on the website have weights listed. Lighter items can be estimated in most cases. Keep in mind that UPS rounds up to the nearest pound so 4oz or 15oz cost the same to ship (billed at one pound) and 16oz to 31oz would also cost the same (billed as 2 lbs).   Please Note: It is our policy to ship UPS items with tracking numbers to confirm receipt by our customers.

PLEASE NOTE: IF WE CAN SHIP AN ITEM FOR LESS THAN APPEARS ON OUR ORDER FORM, WE WILL DO SO, AND WE WILL REFUND ANY OVERCHARGES FOR SHIPPING.

Books can be sent USPS Media Mail but are sent with insurance and proof of delivery. 

In the event an item is on back-order, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone right away to tell you when the item is expected in and can be shipped, and make sure the delay is acceptable to you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions about shipping.

Returns and Refund Policy

We proudly stand behind all of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied. You can return any product purchased from us within thirty (30) days of the order date if there is a problem with the order for a refund or credit. In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully:

1. You should email us at Returns@BrandywineBernese.com, or call us at (845) 225-2073 and request a return code. Please provide an explanation on why your product needs to be returned.

2. Return items using the address on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please write your name, order number, address, return code and contact information on another piece of paper and attach it to the box. Anything you return should be either unopened, or in otherwise new condition, to ensure that you are eligible for a full refund.

3. We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned. BrandywineBernese.com will only process returns and refunds for items purchased from BrandywineBernese.com.
